In this thesis, based on the study object of reflector antennas and the theory of physical optics and the principle in finite element method and aimed at the disadvantages on methods of the electromechanical synthetic analysis on reflector antennas, a new method based on heterogeneous system integration is put forward. Firstly, a mesh model of distorted reflector depicted by displacement of the nodes on reflector is obtained through the analysis in ANSYS; Secondly, the mesh model is introduced into FEKO by actualizing integration between ANSYS and FEKO; Lastly, the radiation pattern of the distorted reflector antenna can be calculated directly by the physical optics method (PO).The examples show that the electrical performance of antennas can be calculated by FEKO, and the results are credible. Based on study of the functions of ANSYS and FEKO, a data integration interface program to solve the problem in this thesis is compiled.The data interface achieves the format conversion of the data model from ANSYS to FEKO, matches the data of the mesh models come from the two different software systems, and realizes integration of the two softwares.The data interface is a key technology for the electromechanical analysis on the reflector antennas in this thesis. In addition, the primary interfaces are designed for the system of electromechanical cooperative design for the big reflector antennas in this thesis.The reflector antenna with local deformation is calculated by the surface fitting method and the method put forward in this thesis,the comparative results are proposed.The simulation indicates that the method proposed in this thesis for calculating the electrical performance of the distorted reflector antenna can depict effects of distorted reflector antenna on its electrical performance factually.It offers efficient means for analyzing the electrical performance of reflector antennas veraciously in design, and it is of practical significance.
