The shaped reflector antennas are widely used in many fields,such as radar,communication and navigation.In the satellite comoumication,in order to maximize the utilization of track resources and frequency resources,the multi-beam reflector antenna is often used,which has the advantages of wide coverage and high gain.In this paper,two multi-beam shaped reflector antennas are mainly studied.A Ku-band multi-beam shaped single reflector antenna was designed.Firstly,the reflector surface control technology based on Zernike polynomial is intoduced,and the influence of main coefficients of Zemike polynomial on the deformation and radiation field of reflector is discussed in detail.Then,the optimal shaped design of the Ku-band multi-beam single reflector antenna is discussed.In view of the service area gain,the carrier to interference ratio and inhibition zone gain requirements,I take the optimization measures of taking priority to meet service gain and then optimize the carrier to interference ratio and inhibition zone gain,and expand the circular area represented by the Zermike polynomial,to achieve a very good shaping performance and surface deformation effect.A K-band multi-beam shaped dual reflector antenna was designed.Firstly,the reflector surface control technology based on NURBS curved surface is introduced,and the influence of changing control points on the surface is discussed;Then,aiming at the problem of long time consuming that using physical optics to calculate the radiation field of dual reflector antenna when the number of unknowns is large,witih space mapping algorithm,take shooting and bouncing ray which calculate fast as the coarse model,and physical optics which calculate accurately as the fine model,to improve the shaping optimization efficiency and a K-band multi beam shaped dual reflector antenna covers China and its surrounding area in the end.
