Nowadays, the Mechatronical Systems need stricter requirement of dynamic precision and stability in the utmost condition. In traditional way, the mechanical structure of system is designed firstly, and the controller secondly. Therefore, the performance of whole system above can not be considered as the best one affirmatively, especially in utmost condition, as a result of being designed separately. The reason of that is ignorance on the interaction of parameters in two parts above. On account of this point, the Mechatronic design should based on the unique model and all the parameters should be designed simultaneously.This thesis is according to the pitching part of Airborne Radar Servo System, studies emphatically on three parts following. The dynamics model of mechanism transmission system is analyzed firstly, which include the nonlinearity of backlash, Meanwhile, the influence of parameters for dynamics properties in structure of the mechanism transmission system is studied. Furthermore, the model of electricity control system of Airborne Radar Servo System, which has three feedback-control loops, is built and the simulation is studied. At last, the Mechatronical coupling model and optimization model which includes structure parameters and control parameters are built up, and the method of Integrated Structure and Control Design is applied on the optimization model using GA. Simulation results show that the method of Integrated Structure and Control Design is feasible and effective in radar servo system.
