Research And Developing On The Decesion-Making Of The Early-Warning In The Supply-Chain

Supply chain, as one of the most important elements in a enterprise, its security plays an important role in the competence of surviving of a company. However, the existing system of supply chain managing emphasizes more on the plan and arrangement of the long term strategy, operating and creating of the orders other than the technical adjusting for the changing in the mid or short term supply chain.Particularly, there are even less strategies which deal with the sudden risk in the supply chain or lead to a quick balance in the supply chain by transfer within all the storage in a storage net. Although many scholars have already observed the best stock distributing and the strategy of transfer, the huge demand of time lessened its practicability and maneuverability.For this reason, the author created the conception of Multi-Point Stationary Inventory Net and the Multi-Point Stationary Inventory Return Strategy, as a method of estimation of the stabilization of the stock distributing in the existing enterprises. We can also reach a stable supply chain with a fast speed and few lost with this method, whose feasibility and potential in the actual use has been proved through the experiments.
