With the rapid development of laser technology and photoelectron component technology, as well as the further requests about the distance and quality of communication, the optical communication technology is rapidly developed with unique merit. The question of the laser spatial communication's feasibility has been already solved, although the spatial optical communication has not been implemented truly until now, originally worried about the key technologies that small power of laser, the low receiving sensitivity, the high requests of APT ,the higher request about quantity of heat and mechanical's stability have made obvious process in recent years. If we want to ensure this system work, it is necessary that we make test for the Laser emission system, for example ,voltage test,temperature test,frequency test and power measurement.The thesis discuss and test to the laser's main work's parameters, and formulates and implements the design proposal. The thesis mainly researched on detection to several parameters of laser's voltage,temperature,frequency and power, and make the results of testing through serial port sent to Virtual Instrument,and make the result display on the virtual Interface.
