Development Of Network Architecture And Database System On Cold Rolling Process

At present, there are many commercializatic engineering materials databases based on Web. While the database specially aiming at cold rolling iron and steel materials, cold rolling technology device and cold rolling technology property is very scarcely.So it is essential that creating a special and commercializatic intelligent network database for technical persons and workers.As the research hot spot, Web database technology is the direction and research key to Internet and database technology. This paper researched and established the cold rolling database system in Web-access systems, by using database technology and data-access technology , unifing the dynamic design thought and network database development simultaneously.This paper does several works as follows:(1) The data of cold rolling materials, cold rolling technology device and technology property are collected and analyzed.(2) Through analyzing the development of Web database and many kinds of Web-access technology characteristics, comparing the Client/Server(C/S) with Browser/Server(B/S), a novel and efficient model is adopted for integration and realization of Web database. The model can be expressed as IIS+ASP.NET +ADO.NET+SQL Server +C#.(3) After the system demand analysis, the structure design,the function design and the physical structure design to the database are carried on.(4) The design process of graph processing tool is elaborated, including the graph pretreatment and the plan of materials property curve. Some key problems encountered in applications are put forward.(5) A kind of model based on BP neural network is established by the database on cold rolling technology prediction. Different model structure can be established according to different parameter.Finally, the author reviews the whole work and gives self-experience in research into hot rolling process and materials database. This paper makes an outlook for further research direction.
