Internet has gradually become an indispensable element of life, it provides people with a wide variety of means of communication so that people's lives have become more colorful. Faced with a complex network environment and market development needs, communication carriers have an increasing difficulty in the maintenance work. For a large province's network management, lack of effective means of network maintenance has become a main problem of enterprise development, and building a set of integrated management control network management system to enhance their operational efficiency has become a task of priority. Therefore, the Liaoning Provincial Netcom Corporation Integrated Network Management for IP MAN emerged. This Liaoning Netcom IP Network Integrated Network Management System is designed to meet the construction management company in Liaoning province Netcom IP network management system, master-wide network operating quality, improve network efficiency, maintain quality and work efficiency needs. So first, by the analysis of existing network's problem, the main frame and function of the system is established base on application needs. Then by the systemic analysis and research of data collection, flux management and safety, this paper decides the function realization method that meets our province and enterprise development needs.First, combined with author's work and proper forecast of the enterprise development, this paper analyzes the Liaoning province network's actuality and needs. By analyzing current technology and development direction of Integrated Network Management System for IP MAN, the aim and function of the system is decided. Second, author designed the data collection system which is the most foundational part of the system frame, and researched the collection and control of network flux. Last, to be considered the importance of network safety, network management's safety in network is analyzed, and the proper advices of safe system design are given.By systemic analysis and research, it's hoped that this paper could develop a maintenance and management system to meet the needs of business development and maintenance for Liaoning province network. This system can improve the work efficiency, improve the analysis ability of network operating status and business quality, and highly support well operating of the network and the business based on it.
