P2P technology devotes to sufficiently and reasonably organize and utilize the Internet edge's potential huge decentralized resources, which includes computing resources, storage resources and information resources, etc. The study of P2P QoS (Quality of Service) is always an important component in the research of P2P network. How to put the effective QoS technology into P2P network in order to provide both route efficiently and Peer to Peer's service reliably, is continuously chief orientation in P2P network technology's research.The work of this thesis is parts of a project named "P2P content accessing middleware system about broadcast moive medium based on IPv6", which is supported by the China next generation Internet (CNGI) Program of National Development and Reformation Committee. Start research from application layer QoS in P2P network, the thesis analyse both the characteristics and current support situation of QoS technology of four P2P network routing models. In view of the special characteristics of regional distribution of the Hybrid Model P2P network which we have built in the project, we propose a set of scheme base on the application layer.This scheme of QoS mainly includes two contents:1. Combine local detection of network topology with mechanism of exchange information between the intelligence node, we can build the topology structure of the whole P2P network.So we can optimize the route selecting.2. The control tactics of application layer QoS Including transmission dispatch and congestion control, the error control.Specially, we propose a effective mechanism of exchange information between the intelligence node and "Good Peer Select" algorithm.Through the test in the project, the average search time and the peer optimize the route selecting, satisfied the different grade use's demand, wo also can see that this scheme achieve the goal of the project's QoS demand. This scheme of QoS embodies entire P2P system to the film and television material transmission reliability and highly effective.
