The title of my paper is the flame detecting system of Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System. (For short FSSS)。The operation safety of the large scale boiler using coal or gas as the fuel is highly depending on the reliability and stability detections of the burning flame in the boiler。First,the paper summarizes the research background and the current situations on the flame detection system of FSSS in China and abroad, analyzes its future trend of market and technology,and then puts forward my research goals and expected results.and resolved problem。Second,the paper studies the principle and the function of FSSS。As well. as it analyzes the forming components,functions and working methods。It Introduces industry standard of requirements preventing furnace explosion。According to the need of flame detection, the paper studies the flame spectrum character,analyzes the frequency of furnace flame,and introduces different kinds of flame detectors。Third,it is mostly of the paper, it studies the electronic circuit design method for the flame detecting system。It studies the electric circuit principles of photoelectric sensor,,amplifier and microcomputer 87C196KB made by Intel Company。Moreover, the paper studies the circuit design about analogue signal change and amplification,such as conversion from analogue signal to digital signal (A/D input conversion) and from digital signal to analogue signal (4-20ma output conversion)。At last the paper introduces the test date in laboratory and in field woking of the flame detecting system at GUOHUA 300MW Power Pant at BEIJING。Including and according to the field requirements to the photoelectric sensor under high temperature, the paper studies the function and field installment method of the cooling system in flame detecting system。...
