With the increase of communication systematic complexity, traditional analysis design method can not fit in with the needs of development. If the experiment is carried on the true system directly each time, which not only costs expensivly, takes a lot of time, sometimes even it is difficult to find the very crux of the question. Therefore, the effective method is to adopt the emulation technology of the computer. So that the computer's ability of high-speed computation can be used, and the analysis, design, optimization of performance and evaluation testing of optic fiber communication equipment and system can be finished. So the enormous superiorityof the technology of computer simulation in all-optic communication system has been showed day by day.In this article, the key technology and development trend in the all-optic communication system has been introduced at first, and the principle, the merit ,applications of Roman amplifier, and the deficiency that exist have been analysed.Thereafter, the function, characteristic and operation method of matlab simulink have been introduced briefly. The study of SRS in non-linear optic fiber by simulink emphatically. The initial intensities of pump beam and Stokes beam are similar, and small signal gain theory needs to amend have been pointed.SRS comply with the special growth law, does not have" threshold "characteristics.lt depends not only on the intensity of pump beam but also on the intensity of Stokes beam itself.Even if the intensity of pump beam is weak, fhe SRS effect is maybe still take place. In addition, the problem about SRS effect depends on the number of channels, power in each channel and Space of the channels, in a DWDM system has been studied.
