Frequently touched by fingers, the printings or coatings on the computer keyboard, the cell phone keyboard, the filmy switch, the game handle are apt to get frayed and corrupted, which consequently bring troubles to customers, even shorten the service life time. The present paper takes the handset pressed key as an example, in accordance with 2005 National newest testing method, and stimulates the daily performances of the handset, in order to examine its bearing capacity. The full text altogether is divided into six chapters:Chapter I summarizes both the literary review and the significance of the research. Then it introduces briefly the present situation of the domestic and foreign research development as well as the application characteristics in the air technology. Finally it proposes the present paper and the main research work.Chapter II elaborates the technical specifications of simulation testing system for the handset and goals to be achieved. It introduces briefly the standard GB/T 2423.53-2005 which is the testing method for the marks and words on this plane or curved surfaces.Chapter III discusses the components of the testing system from the perspectives of the mechanism design, the pneumatic circuit and the control system hardware. It furthers the research on the function module principles, the function realization of the three aspects respectively.Chapter IV carries out the mathematical analysis on the to the different rank friction forces by equilibrium of moments and the weight increase.
