Software architecture is always one of the most popular topics in the software engineering area. To adapt to software products evolution, the software architecture has migrated slowly from the process oriented to object oriented which was becoming mature in 90s as well. In this paper the next generation software design architecture - Service Oriented Architecture is introduced and both the theory and implement of SOA is also discussed, and it is widely worthy of theory and application.In this paper, the origin, development, current research, design patterns and some implementation technologies of SOA, such as Web Services, ESB, and BPEL etc are introduced. The Quality of Service problem which is important in web service dynamic discovery and assembly area is addressed as well.For the problem of public UDDI register service can not satisfy the QoS constraints, through web service and QoS research, a QoS control framework is provided against the issue. By this architecture, the quantity of services with bad quality can be remarkably reduced in the public UDDI register center, improve other dynamic service discovery and assemble systems' efficiency. The framework architecture has domain oriented feature, which means it provides different QoS attributes based different domains, and the domain related attributes can be achieved by the transcendent knowledge. With the help of the QoS control framework, the efficiency and availability of local service can be highly guaranteed.In SOA implement section, Service Component Architecture which is advanced by IBM and other companies is discussed. This architecture provides a more tuned interface between enterprise operation layer and IT layer. Also, there is an online digital product sales platform which designed by the SCA architecture and implemented by IBM related products in the last part. It technically provides a feasibility solution for digital products with copyright online sales taking the QoS control framework as its management module, and has gotten a satisfied result in application.
