| The Telephone Automatically Dials Measure System is specially engaged in monitoring the operation situation and the service quality of the Telecommunication Network by the Telephone Network Maintenance & Management Department in Telecommunication System. The utilization of the System standardizes the current complicated and low efficient manual operation into automatic operation, which can effectively improve both the level of operation maintenance of Telecommunication Network and the reaction speed of locating and solving problems, it can also assist the Network Department to polish up network quality. The system is applicable in the testing of PSTN Network and the communication among all kinds of networks.The Telephone Automatically Dials Measure System mainly accomplishes the basic testing functions such as simulating the calling of the users, correctly identifying the calling condition, obtaining the accurate calling time and prompt sound, etc., and the system business functions such as timing monitoring, special service inspecting, fee calculation verifying, etc.. This system is composed of two parts: integrated management control system and dials measure module. The integrated management control system is responsible for the stipulating and making knowing to the lower levels the dials measure tasks for each dials measure module, and the collection, settle and analysis of the dials measure result. The dials measure module is responsible for the implementation of the dials measure task and up transmitting the measure result. Taking the SCM as the core and being based on the development of the hardware circuit design and SCM program, the dials measure module accomplishes the following functions such as dialing, automatic picking machine responding, correctly identifying calling conditions, obtaining the accurate calling time for fee calculation, prompt sound, and communicating with the host machine, etc.. The telephone dials measure module is the core equipment of the telephone automatically dials measure system, its function is to complete the automatically dials measures of the telephone numbers. This paper discusses in detail the operation principle, the function, the structure of hardware and the design mentality of software in telephone dials measure module. It also proposes the method to recognize letter bugle calls, and brings forward detailed method of technology solution. The telephone dials measure module's control core is monolithic integrated circuit 89C51, it recognizes the duties received from upper level, and completes the dials measure duties and submits the results. The dials measure module is on the basis of the connected electric circuits of telephones. It completes the examinations of ringing, simulates picking machine and hanging machine.
