With the development of society, economic, culture and the advancement of science, the active effect of modern public science sites is well considered by all people. The plan that public science sites must be set up is put forward more and more. Public science sites include the science and technology museum, the culture museum, the children's palace and so on. The science and technology museum is the most familiar and representational.Since seventies age of twenty century, the point of the science and technology museum's construction is changing. The change is mostly behaved to more important of the exhibition and education's function. It profit from the development of computer graphic. And now virtual reality has been became the one of main means to exhibit education for science prevalence. It makes the way of exhibit education for science prevalence show new characters such as diversification, humanity and vitality.The core of virtual exhibit education for science prevalence is the 3D visualization of virtual scene. The paper takes the further study in the method of building the virtual exhibit education for science prevalence system. And, a virtual assembling product line system that was applied to exhibit education for science prevalence is presented to show how to implement the method. The system use visualization based on VRML scene graph to gain the satisfying result. Implement method is given in the paper.Firstly, the paper analyses the requirement of the virtual assembling product line system and expatiate its characters. Then it introduces the main work.Secondly, it introduces several aspects of the implement of system. The aspects include: it brings forward the new way that combines the Flash technology and Plasma software to develop the user interface. Based on analyzing the characteristics of VRML language data structure, it describes the visualization technology uses VRML document as data source and use OpenGL to implement display and interaction. As the system is a distributed system, it discusses the method use Socket to build the system. And, it discusses the software's customization.Lastly, it summarizes all works of the paper and points out problems that should be solved in the future.
