As the result, the research of the synthetic management information system design of homicide case crime has been developed in this article. The aim of this topic is to design and imp]ement the system. The homicide case information managemant system is based on MIS system of basic work of public security. The implementation of this system has changed traditional work pattern of criminal investigation system,which realize working on net in various areas and departments. The system consists of data collection sub-system and data application sub-system. The former has realized collecting data during the whole process of handling a case including calling a police, accepting and hearing a case, auditing, putting on record, solving a case, ending a case. The latter has realzied query, analysis and statistic of data, and provided various stencil in terms of our needs. This system classifies all involved information according to five factors(men, situs,event, things and organization), and designs and saves the frames of the two subsystems. Morever, the system can provide basic data for all departments of punlic security ministry and punlic security bureau. We have dsigned database frame according to collection and application of data respectively. The contents of the study are as follows: whole introduction of the background and investigation content of the item; general introduction of demand of target system compared with previous system;anaylsis of primary function and performance demand and introduction of data application subsystem; The main content of the crime information of the homicide case includes three parts of case information, personal information and article information.
