Research And Development On Auto-Testing System For Vehicle Over-Limited

This article is about the research and design on auto-testing system for theover-limited vehicle. With the high development of our country' seconomy, thereare more and more needs on transportation. In addition, we' ve been pursuingblindly the economic performance, which in some degree cause the vehicleover-limited phenomenon extremely widespread in our country's highwayconveyance. Over-limited conveyances shorten the service life of the road,endanger the safety of bridge, pollute the environment, and cause malignanttraffic accident occurrence. Owing to all above, This article develops thevehicle over-limited auto-testing system.Firstly, this article describes the backgrounds and meanings of the system,detailedly introduces domestic and international condition of the relatedresearch, and provides textual main research contents.Secondly, this article detaitedly introduces the design project of thesystem, providing workflow and each function index of the main parts of the system,and makes detailed introduction to the main constitutes of the system——theaxes-weight instrument, the tyre recognizing instrument and thelicense-identifying machine etc.The development of controller is the main point of the system development。Controller which adopts a structure of double SCM is composed of axes datasampling, the tyre recognizing, switch importation, the communication interfaceand the master controlling unit circuits. W77E58 is the data sampling SCM. itsmain task is to sample the tyres weight data with 24 high accuracy AD conversionmachine CS5532 and identify the tpre model. W77E516 is the master SCM. It has apair of COM ports. These two COM ports can communicate with the data samplingSCM and the computer together. This article aslo prevides parts of software code.At the next part of data processing, this article introduces the knowledge related to least square method, makes dynamics analysis on the system, and foundsdynamics model on this foundation. At last, it provides the mathematical formulaof the model.Finally, this srticle introduces the computer application software based onthe Visual Basic software, provides the organization structure and parts of theoperation interface of it.
