Information technology is applied widely in the military affairs domain nowadays. If the martial operation system is destroyed or troubled, it may bring serious losing. So it is very important that we develop the disaster-tolerant technology on the martial operation system. Data disaster-tolerant technology is the base of operation disaster-tolerance. The traditionary data replication technology can't fit the need that the martial operation disaster-tolerant system builds many-to-many replication system at a distance, and the data disaster-tolerant technology based on remote replication technology becomes the research hotspot. The martial information network has the characteristic of extended zone, excessive operation, complicated arrangement, multiplicate systems, complicated hardware, and complicated software. So single-arrangement configuration can't satisfy the requirements of the martial information network. It needs to fasten the key operation, and design a multilevel data disaster-tolerant system. And it needs to realize the demands of separating between application and data, multilevel storage and administrable backup. For fitting those high demands, I designed a remote hand-round data backup salvation scheme based on IP, and simulate it with existing software. I have tested the performance, and found it was some complex in configuration and difficult to expand the scale. Further more, I designed a T-self-adaptive hiberarchy remote data mirror mechanism, and the system realizes the replication from one to many. To improve the performance, I adopt hiberarchy in replication, and research the method of selecting replication protocol under this structure. I also designed a customer-madable aggregate of replication protocols, and bring forward a self-adaptive choosing method of the aggregate using data margin limit P. Finally I implement a prototype system, and tested the support to database and some other performances of the system.
