Mobile satellite communication antenna system is a message station which can communicate with satellite or other platforms in the air on time. It's main function is to isolate the infections of the carrier's movement to the posture of the antenna platform, by means of that to ensure the accurate aim at the satellite, thereby carry through the fluent transmission of data.Mobile satellite communication antenna system adopts the project of three-steps posture isolation: the first step adopts mechanical vibration isolation equipment to isolate the high frequency part of the posture changes of the antenna which produced by the carrier's movement; the second step adopts closed loop feedback control system which is made up of tops to control the posture of the steady platform; the third step adopts grabble expiation arithmetic to carry through automatic scout and error expiation, the first step is the premises condition of the second and the third. The paper mainly has researched the first-step posture isolation system of the mobile satellite communication antenna system.Vibration isolation technology of carrier-device is a hotspot which has been researched home and abroad. Based on the analysis and discuss of design theory of vibration isolation and buffer, the paper has researched modeling and emulation of roughness of road surface in different rank roads, at the same time, has analyzed and discussed the model of carrier stance changes, made use of inherited arithmetic and Simulink modeling emulator to optimize parameters of the first-step vibration isolation system, based on this to design the type vibration isolation equipment to the system and validate the practical capability of the vibration isolation system in the process of experiment. In light of the experiment result, we got conclusion that the vibration isolation equipment fulfills the targets of the first-step vibration isolation system which is advanced by mobile satellite communication antenna system.
