The System Design And Implement Study Of The Management Information System(ERP) Of The First Tractor Company Ltd.

How to rebuilding a traditional enterprise by using information technology now is widely studied. The paper propose a way by designing the First Tractor Co Ltd. information system, studying the implementing method and integration between the ERP system and E-commerce.By analyzing resource advantages and risk faced of the First Tractor Co ltd., the necessity of establishing a information system in the company is indicated. Studying recent information technologies and the manufacturing strategies ,a new management pattern based MRP II and mixed with the JIT and OPT is used in the information system. After analyzing the requirement, designs the structure of the information system which is a combination of ERP, E-commerce and data mining technology, plans the system establishment schedule. The implement strategy and schema are also studied. By using the ASP technology, the integration of the ERP system and e-commerce is realized, so members of the supply chain can share their information by INTERNET.This research is not only rather advanced on theoretical plane but also practical and easy to manipulate on the technical plane. It provides a good solution to rebuilding the traditional manufacturing enterprise by information technologies.
