The rapid development and application of network technology, while raising high operating effect, making our life easier and quickly selecting information materials we need, brings about some security problems.This paper discusses the mechanism and Key technology measures of dealing with the secret information involved in the Intranet, in allusion to the actions of dealing with the secret information in the Intranet without obeying the secret rules. The main subjects involve:1. Discussing the mechanism and technology of *.doc, *. ppt, *. xls, *. txt, *.rtf, *.xml, *.htm documents basing on the match-searching method of the keywords, and the mathematic model of secret's degree of analyzing the secret documents. By analyzing the Microsoft Office's 3 documents formats of Word, PowerPoint and Excel format, the match-searching method was compiled.2. Studying the mathematic model of secret's degree of documents.A mathematic model of secret's degree of documents was set up on the basis of four factors of practice experiences.3.
