Point out that Mobile TV and IPTV are embranchment of digital television. But IPTV and Mobile TV use different methods to play different program. Besides this, this part analysis the Mobile TV program form and introduced Korea Mobile TV. China Mobile TV industry still rest on the chaos when compared with Korea's.The fourth chapter analysis Mobile TV's industry chain. Answer that the faultage of communication content and channel is the biggest baffle in Mobile TV's development.
