Design And Implementation Of Function Module Integration Solution Based On CDMA2000 Functional Mobile Phone

The design and implementation of function module integration solution based on CDMA2000 functional mobile phone is described in this thesis. According to the requirements of Southeast Asia and China CDMA mobile phone markets, the characteristics of mobile phone need to include MP3,camera,FM tuner function together or anyone of them. Customers in Southeast Asia countries are prefer price to appearance and functions of mobile phone. Situation is opposite in China. With the central stock strategy changing from high-end mobile phone to low-end mobile phone in China Unicom, the requirement for low price is strengthened highly. So the cost control becomes the most important thing when entering these markets.There are two approaches of cost control such as components selection and design optimization are expatiated firstly. From the components selection aspect, cost reducing is realized through selecting the components with high performance-price ratio while meeting the project requirement after major performance parameters comparison; From the design optimization aspect, cost reducing is realized through system design optimization and function module circuit simplification. Secondly, holistic system design solution and power distribute solution are confirmed according the components selected, and basic thought of interface design is presented. Thirdly, the realization of system solution and functional model circuit for reducing cost is introduced in detail. PCB placement,routing measure and principles are also discussed. At last, problems such as timing un-match of parallel bus interface,EMI issue,and ESD issue are exposed through test, and new improved solutions aimed at these problems are put forwarded,which make sure the product pass related test and successfully come into mass production.
