The Research On Provincial Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network Management System And It's Key Technologies

Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reports and monitoring are of great significance to ensure drug safety, keep public healthy. ADR Work Centre is the main agency to guarantee ADR monitoring. At present, the building of the provincial Adverse Reaction Monitoring management system also remains the C / S structure, which leads to can not be achieved ADR monitoring, evaluation and the application of demand for services under the Internet in ADR monitoring system in our country.Based on the needs of the ADR Centre of Guangdong Province, the paper researches on the construction and its key technology of the provincial Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network Management system based on the B/S structure, then achieves the system. The main contents include:1. Design the provincial Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network Management System and achieves some system function including the basic system maintenance and achievement of the reported information automatically downloaded, data consolidation, signal detection, statistical analysis and report generation capabilities.2. Researching on the approach to the download and upload from the National Centre to realize contact joint between provincial ADR monitoring system and national ADR monitoring system, then achieve data download from the State Data Center website with a crawling robot technology.3. Studying and exploring ADR signal detection model, the algorithm of main signal detection analysis methods, and then based on these researches, achieve automatically warning.4. Based on the study and exploration vertical search engine technology, achieve ADR automatic crawl from different format documentation. Research on the Lucene to index crawled to the information to provided it to the user query.At present, this system has been applied in the Guangdong Province Adverse Drug Reaction monitoring centre and 21 prefecture-level cities Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center including Guangzhou, Shenzhen,etc, as well as the province ADR relevant professional monitoring agencies and reporting units, and it has acquired good results in initial using process. Its application has improved work efficiency and information level of Guangdong Province drugs ADR management. In addition, the system has been extended to Guangxi, Fujian Province and the People's Liberation Army ADR monitoring center. It is expected to further promote the whole country. These achievements prove that the research of this paper is feasible and meaningful.
