Vertical Search Engine Based Public Opinion Alert And Analysis Platform

In recent years,With the rapid development of network information and mobile terminals,Internet has gradually replaced traditional medias.It became the main way to get and share information.Network public opinion,which is represented by Web news,has become a very important part of social public opinion.Internet openness and anonymity makes people free to speak,but some of the negative views,irresponsible remarks will be spread quickly through the Internet,that's can lead to public opinion events,resulting in adverse effects.At present,the public opinion monitoring work of small and medium enterprises are still in its infancy,as well as the local government.There's an urgent need for a reliable and efficient network public opinion monitoring tools to assist in the public opinion monitoring.There are some public opinion monitoring systems,but there are high costs and poor applicability to small and medium enterprises.In view of the above situation,this paper will use crawler and search engine to build a public opinion alert and analysis platform for most enterprises and local governments.In this paper,We give detailed analysis for requirements of the public opinion alert and analysis platform,and provided a solution to the key issues,then give the specific design and realization.At first,this paper designs common web crawlers to complete the information gathering network public opinion information.Then studied some main Chinese word segmentation algorithm and give a comparison with practice.It designed a reasonable mapping structure for the public opinion information storage in the search engine.Finally,it designed a vertical search method by using of the concept of industry,and completed the development of network public opinion management system.The systerm achieved a common public opinion monitoring and thematic monitoring functions.It can pplicable to the majority of small and medium enterprises and government units on public opinion monitoring needs.The crawler tasks,public opinion alert rules and thematic monitoring rules of platform are unified managed by the network public opinion monitoring system.It can be easily adjusted according to user needs.In addition,the crawler,search engine and management system are independent of each other,so you can easily to expand the platform.
