The Research On Interaction Design Of DTV Based On Personas

DTV interface is the carrier to experience a number of DTV operation directly for the user, so the interface design affects the user'experience of the DTV value-added services. As DTV has not yet developed maturely in china, the study about this is also very few on the stage. So it is a topic that needs to be discussed and researched deeply, that how to design the DTV interface well, and let users to experience the different services of DTV, which is differ form to the analogue television.In this paper, the interaction design methods of DTV are researched. First of all, the user's change in behavior is analyzed, when analogue television translates into DTV, to point out the essentiality of this paper. Secondly, the hardware and software factors of DTV interface are analyzed. Then the life cycle model of user interface of and the correlative design methods are researched. On this basis, the design method based on "personas" is advanced, following the "user-centric" design concept. Through the use of "personas" interactive design methods, the users are researched. The keystone is to confirm the main crowd,then meet their needs, in the meantime without affect on other users.With the rapid development of DTV in China, operators provide more interactive, more exciting, more high-quality interactive television services through the preponderant platform of DTV. DTV interface plays a very important role. It hopes that the method which based on "personas" in this paper provides reference direction to follower.
