Study On Time-delay Analysis,Controller Design And Simulation In Networked Control Systems

Networked Control System(abbreviated to NCS),namely ,it is the result of development of computer technology, communication technology and controlled technology. It indicates that control system tends to be networked,integrated and distributed .It has unparalleled superiority compared with traditional control system.At the same time,with network in it,research on NCS has some new questions, Network Control System becomes the hot-point of the study of the control system.This paper aims to study on NCS,including time-delay analysis,controller design and simulation. Firstly,a VC++ test program is writen ,Excel and Matlab engine are started up to store data and draw chart to anaysis the time-delay in compus network and the time-delay between compus network and outside network of diffirent time.Some simulations of infection on control system with time-delay are done with Simulink and TrueTime toolbox.Secondly,in this paper,NCS whose time-delay is less than a sample period is studied and PID quadratic optimized controller is designed. At last,methods of building NCS simulation platform is discussed .Among all of the methods ,C++ and Matlab mixed programing method is choosen.The simulation effect is proved correct by experiment.
