Through computer network and Bus, sensors, actuators, and control unit, as anetworked system, is connected to network control system to complete the task, whichis a feedback control system and utilizes a control network to realize the closed-loopcontrol loop. Among the network control, as the controller, remote control object ofsensors and actuators need transmit real-time data through the network; it willinevitably cause short delay of information. The delay will not only reduce the controlperformance of the system, and can make the system’s stability range narrow, and mayeven make the system unstable, the analysis and research of the network delay is veryimportant.This paper analyzed the cause and composition of network delay and modelingamong network control system, and research what network delay and congestion haveinfluence on Network performance. A new estimated type of Smith is studied, on thebasis of the estimated controller-Smith Model and a new network control system isdesigned based on the new estimated type of Smith, to realize double and dynamiccompensation control of Smith estimated Model to network delay and the controlledobject’ lag. At last, I prove the effectiveness of the proposed scheme through simulationresults.In consideration of Smith estimation’ susceptibility to the changeable parametersand fuzzy controller’ insensitiveness to it, Fuzzy PID controller is introduced to theestimated Smith compensation system and it, the fuzzy and estimated PID controller ofSmith is designed.The simulation results show that the new Smith-estimation and estimated PIDcontroller of Smith obtained a good compensation effect during the delay compensationof the network control system.
