Design Of Analysis Software Based On Spice For Laker 2 Layout Design Software

Survey and study the international EDA software development status and direction. Based on the in-depth analysis of EDA software simulation basic methods and core technologies, a Spice analysis software for simulating layout made by Laker 2 software was designed, analysis layout document and its technical characteristics made by Laker 2 software and saved as GDSII format, search basic methods of extracting coordinates from layout description of documents for conversion of the circuit model netlist file.Spice simulation using Spice5 software to simulate the layout file generated by Laker2 software, provide analysis results, and verification the integrated circuit (IC). GDSII file format generated by, netlist file documents generation mothers and the schematic circuit automatically generation are the focus of research.Study the algorithm Implementation of the Spice simulation methods, through the establishment and solve differential equations form networks documents corresponding to netlist files, obtained circuit simulation results. Designed platform can made simple Spice simulation and analysis without Spice 5 software.Research mashers of XML data expression for models of the integrated circuit, in order to take advantage of distributed computing technology for distributed simulation of large-scale integrated circuits.
