The Design And Realization Of Rescue Resource Management Subsystem In Qingzang Railway Emergency Rescue Command System

Emergency rescue command system for Qingzang railway as the background, the study focuses the management of rescue resource applicable to Qingzang railway. Real-time tracking of rescue vehicle and rescue personnel are realized. The rescue resource manage system is developed.Firstly, a brief introduction to special condition about Qingzang railway is given in the paper, such as its location on Qingzang Plateau and terrible environments around it. By considering this fact, it is necessary to build a rescue resource manage system for Qingzang railway to guarantee a safety operation for the high-class tableland railway. Then according to the analysis from the Qingzang railway rescue resource managing department and customer's actual needs, the design of general plan and key technology of realizing rescue resource management are put forward.At the base of above, combination system architecture of C/S and B/s is adopted and rescue resource management system is detail designed by considering the Railway Intelligent Transportation System (RITS) and special situation of Qingzang railway. Rescue vehicle management, rescue personnel management, rescue material management and key technology of realizing are especially discussed. The rescue resource tracking management of Qingzang railway is implemented through Global Positioning System (GPS) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).The developed system meets the requirements of rescue resource management, and its advancement and practicability is embodied in the practical application.It can be popularized to application.
