PLC is considered as one support of modern industry automation, its control system not Only showed the development of net and distributes character, but also quickly developed to be open system, "theory and application of Program Logic Controller " is one of most important course to the students study on electric work , automatic control and electric information subject, the study of this course decides the competitive of students in society, decide the bright people's training in automation area of our country.According to the need of modern PLC course education, it is necessary to divide remote network control system who has three layers framework including complete control layer, control master layer, remote control layers with complete control object, this project put forward a testing module closed to the real produced function, used real PLC controller, controlling cupboard, used field-bus technology, computer network technology, industrial configuration software technology, built experiment bench with software and hardware who had many layers network.As MITSUBISHI Q PLC is considered to be the most advanced product, which is produced By MITSUBISHI Company; it has been used in industrial production process abroad. Its field of application is widely and has good application effect. It is the one of most popular PLC in PLC market. Get across building this three layers system based on Q PLC and correlative module, learners can master the character and application mind of Q PLC step by step, most important thing is they can Build concept of network, and know the basic way to build a network system. This system has many significations in promoting learners' theoretical level and practicing ability. Though learners may use other PLC produced by other company, they will deal it with full confidence, and draw inferences about other cases from one instance.This system mainly composed by Q plc, it has many layers framework including industrial Ethernet, H net, CCLINK field-bus and so on, has information redundancy function with fiber ring net; can run process control, frequency speed adjusting, servo system running with three axle; it can control remote device station, remote I/O station with many ways, can communicate in OPC mode, gust PC can visit server with IE. This subject did study to the network information of this experiment bench, with seeing the running lamps experiment as an example, it designed a serial experiments for redundancy system, designed frequency speed-adjusting system, industrial washing machine system, telephone remote control system and master control interface to realize three layers control with master PC.System adjusting and testing affection showed that this system can show the most advanced control technology in modern industrial area to the students, can provide advanced experiment bench to the course design ,graduation design and plc technology study of students.
