Support vector machine is a study machine of a new kind of data driven based on statistics study theory. Internal model control is a kind of control strategy for controller design based on process mathematical model. This paper studies a new control algorithm——internal model control algorithm based on SVM, and introduces the concept of fuzzy control strength to curb the overshoot.This paper designs a method on decoupling on coordinated control system based on analyzing it's dynamic characteristic. According to the large delay and inertia of boiler, SVM-IMC is used to control the boiler side; according to the rapid of turbine, routine PID is used to control the turbine side. The simulation manifests that this method is a practicable control plan has good quality control and good robustness and good anti-disturbances ability.
