This will do all decision-maker, handle person and pertinent application relevant to the production campaign all can be so timely as to gain current procedure of production real time data and history data very conveniently.Support the Modbus, OPC agreement since numerous DCS system is general; the thesis has been in progress specifically for above-mentioned two kinds of standards agreement programming. It can stabilize reliable operation as a result of testing the procedure specifically for above-mentioned agreement.The thesis has analysed the numerous systematic DCS software and hardware structure characteristic detailedly, and the angle getting rich from inkstone has summed up communication supported by numerous system. Based on the Westing house OVATION DCS, with the theory of basic DCS application software, I have done the programming design. The application software which I did, have already been well applicated in the manufating factory.
