Knowledge Management System plays an important role in knowledge-intensive enterprises, and can be used for rapid decision-making in accordance with those knowledge and information. Knowledge management system can manage and use professional knowledge which in the production process effectively, and can contribute to the accumulation of knowledge and information and guidance for the production practice, thus greatly increase enterprises' production efficiency and market competitiveness.This paper is based on the research of the knowledge management system in the magnetic materials industry, including magnetic materials and product design expert system and quick cost estimates system, and advance the solution for both part, while build the Web application for the knowledge management system. This article includes:Firstly, we discuss the design of logistic distribution management system based on J2EE framework; list the function points associated with project requirements; establish the corresponding system modules and describe the implementation of the main modules from the view of programming particularly.Secondly, we analyze the details of the design of magnetic materials. First analyzed some problems in design of magnetic material and proposed solutions, and then introduce the BP neural network algorithm which is used to solve the problems in design of magnetic materials processing, finally have a test based on current data and test results were analyzed.Thirdly, we analyze the details of the problems in rapid cost estimates. First analyze the problems encountered in enterprises cost estimates, and then introduce the product similarity algorithm which is used in rapid product cost estimates, finally have a test based on current data and test results were analyzed.Finally, summarize all achievements of the dissertation, review the pitfalls and defects, and give the further work in the future.
