In this paper, the whole product parameter design and synthetically analysis technologies of Active Phases Array Radar are studied based on the Active Phases Array Radar rapid developing system of a research institution. The parameterize part database is set up to realize rapid modeling and simulating of Active Phases Array Radar system based on Pro/E by C++Builder.The paper mainly discusses the speedy modeling system by whole product parameter technology, which base on the issue of the commonness technologies, the methodologies, and the assembling of parameter. Applying this technology, users can set up immediately the digital modeling of Active Phases Array Radar, therefore, the technology is helpful the FEA, optical design, performance evaluation, 2D view generation, design amendment, component molestation examination. Through the opening component database, user can add information by them on some circumstance to the database, which will be analyzed and generated automatically by the system.Basing on analyzing the parameter design of domestic and abroad achievements at present, firstly, the thesis systematically analyses the general idea of whole product parameter. Secondly, expounds the origination of active phases array radar, its aim and its design methodology. Thirdly, interprets the theory concerning the technology, including the types of parameter design, the conception of characteristic and working of whole product parameter. Finally, on the theoretical framework of Active Phases Array Radar system to establish the software platform, this thesis mainly discusses relevant technologies, including establish the component database, the environment of development, rapid modeling, construction analyzing, thermal analysis and its application analysis in the practice, and be helpful the further developing.
