According to the three major principle about the Troposphere scattering communication, and discuss integrated the Turbulence theory,Non-coherent reflection and Coherent reflection theoretical advantages of the generalized model scattering theory model. Then the integral expression which is about the Troposphere scattering theory model in the broad sense of the received power and received field, is given. Based on the acoustic wave equation and the existing acoustic absorption theory, the expression about the acoustic absorption factor that is along the horizontal direction and the vertical direction spread, has been given which use Stratified calculation method. The result along the horizontal direction spread is the same as experiments. And we study on acoustic interference on troposphere scatter communications mechanism, give out the relationship between uneven scale,height,distribution,frequency sound waves and power. Further describe the acoustic artificial incentive to achieve change Troposphere of technical feasibility. This paper calculated tropospheric scatter communications transmission loss, and calculated in the presence of a sound, the changes about the communications loss. Based on the results we contrast the acoustic excitation troposphere over-the-horizon communications scattering loss and scattering waves excited in silent scattering loss. At last we make an assessment about the troposphere over-the-horizon communications scattering performance in existence the acoustic.
