Reasearches On Some Key Techniques Of Network Content Negotiation In Cyberspace Public Opinion Management And Control Area

Internet has been popular and one of the main media nowadays and network media has become people's necessary source of information. However, there are all kinds of unhealthy and seditious information on Internet, and it is easy to make people unreasonable and cause chaos. Because of this reason, it is essential to manage and control the cyberspace public opinion effectively.Under the support of Shanghai Science and Technology Committee's project, "The Technique of Internet Media Information Security and Management & Control Engine", author of this thesis involved in the development of the information retrieval module for the cyberspace public opinion management and control platform. Related to some key techniques of the network content negotiation in cyberspace public opinion management and control area, this thesis proposes and realizes some projects to improve the information retrieval module in the current time, and enhance the performance of the retrieval module.This thesis first reviews the techniques and theories of network content negotiation, and enumerates these researches such as active network, content negotiation mechanism, InfoPyramid model, etc. After reviewing these techniques and theories, the thesis goes deep into the working way of the proxy server. And through analysis, the conclusion to realize the content transformation according to the InfoPyramid model based on content negotiation in the proxy server is given.Under the above theories, this thesis proposes the project "Web Page Online Real-time Translation Based on Content Negotiation" in order to mend the shortcoming, unable to deal with the web page of foreign language, of the cyberspace public opinion management and control platform. This project adds the active content transformation technique based on content negotiation to retrieve the Web page information to the information retrieval module instead of using text process for other kind of language; hence, it reduces the complexity of the management and control platform and also improves the performance.In order to resolve the problem that current information retrieval platform can not retrieve web page through identity authentication, this thesis proposes the project "Web Page Retrieval Based on Identity Authentication". Under the research of the identity authentication negotiation, one of the network negotiation techniques, the thesis adds the intellectualized identity authentication model to the original information retrieval platform to realize the project.Based on the related techniques of content negotiation, this thesis proposes the above projects. They mend the shortcomings of the current platform that lack of initiative and intelligence, make the platform adapt to the development of the internet excellently, enhance the performance, and improve the efficiency of management and control.
