| With the developing of technology and the system about data collected widely, people bring more request about its mostly index, such is the rate of sampling, the rate of differentiate, precision and ability about anti-jamming. So, based on FPGA, USB and CCD the system design a data collecting system. Introduce the principium of operation, characteristic and application about linear CCD firstly. According to flow of operation about data collect system, the all system is composed of CCD driver module, data collect module, data buffering module and computer interface module.As a new semiconductor phototube, CCD used widely, the key problem is timing about driver circuit. This paper supported a way of linear CCD driver timing by FPGA. Finished the driver timing by VHDL program, and simulated by Quartus II made of Altera. In same time, display the wave by digital oscillograph. The conclusion proved the viability. Finished tested program in computer, which requirement of software system. |
