The software was fully considered the using of the mobile terminal environment in the designing and implementation, therefore, the most important of the designing is the usability. The paper first introduced the structure, advantages and developing characteristics of the .NET, explained the basis of the technology in developing, using the SQL Server 2000 as the data relation systems. And discussing several kind of mature VPN security technology principle, according to the characteristics of mobile services by combining the IPSec with L2TP security protection projects. Finally, the development of the whole system using Visual Studio.Net object-oriented program as designing platform, through the experience of development on PC, design and implementation in the embedded Dress_Changing software, and achieve the functionality and get the anticipated results in the simulator software modules.The significance of the realization of this system is the future of embedded software in the field of clothing is important,and for the future of electronic shopping is an revolution.
