The Solution And Research On Vector Network Management Tough Point

People's requirements of multiple network business and Quality of Service raise whereas current network can not meet the requirements gradually. At the same time, traditional NGI (Next Generation Internet) which based on Internet and the NGN (Next Generation Network) conception based on Telecom Network can not implement the function which should have been provided by Next Generation Network, neither. Then, the conception of Vector Network is proposed.One of the main targets of Vector Network is to provide better Quality of Service and Network Management Technology is one of the important Technologies which help maintain or improve QoS of network.This paper focuses on the research of network monitor and management technique according to the characteristics of Vector Network. We expect to rule the illegal behaviors of network nodes by network monitor and management technique so that we can finally maintain the QoS of Vector Network. The research fruits are as follows:1. After a thorough understanding of Vector Network System, we propose the main task of Vector Network Management System and analyze the tough point of Vector Network management Technology.2. We propose a solution to resolve the tough point mentioned above. In this solution, we design the format of alert packets which are provided by Vector Network, and the action rules of generation and communication of alert packets. Meanwhile, we also design an approach to analyze the information provided by the alert packets. We introduce a completely creative conception which we call "Credit Assess Mechanism". Then we build a model which can simulate the alert mechanism with C# programming language. We prove that the analytic approach we designed can judge the real "peace-breaker" of network congestion correctly by doing a lot of experiments on this model. Then our solution which was designed for resolving the tough point of Vector Network Management is also proved effective.
