The Research And Application Of Web Data Integration Based On XML And Ontology

With the rapid development of Internet and Information technology, the Web information resources become more and more heterogeneous, magnanimous and dynamic. It brings a lot of difficults in obtaintion of Web top information and use.How to discover and obtain valuable information in Web repository is an important and meaningful subject.This paper introduce XML and Ontology concept to realize Heterogeneous Web Data Integration, On the basis of examing the fundamental features of XML language, This paper emphasized introduce how to build ontology and how to set up the mapping. Next, introducing the process of query, the query statement based on the result of reasoning global ontology is decomposed and produced to the query of local ontology, Finally, transforming the query statements to different data sources to realize the goal of unified visit.Then, this paper brings forward a design and implementation about Web Data Integration System based on XML and Ontology: WDIS_BXO. Because of the advantage of XML and ontology, they are used to solve the structural and semantic heterogeneity in Data Integration domain.This System adopts RDF(S) as the ontology construction language, RDQL as the ontology query language, and XQuery as the XML data resource query language. Finally, with an instance to illustrate how the system works as a whole and to explain every module's function of this system, this paper convince the advantage of the Web Data Integration system.
