A Generating And Printing System Of Web Charts And Reports Based On SOA

Generating and printing system of charts plays an important role in information system. Nowadays, those information systems which are built applying the pattern of B/S enjoy a prominent status. There is a problem to be solved urgently which is how to find a way to achieve a generating and printing system of web charts with powerful functions, well performance and agile capability.At present, the solutions about generating and printing system of charts are lack of extensibility, free dependency of platform, versatile print functions. There are many reasons for that, which are listed as follows: (1) The information system is often customer-built, which is lack of universality. (2) It is limited to use the terminal resources with the pattern of B/S. For solving those problems mentioned above, this paper pays its main concentration on the design of high integrated, strongly flexible generating and printing system of charts and reports.Supported by the great science and technology project of Zhengzhou city, this paper uses the practical market of Generating and Printing Component of Dynamic Charts as the background, relies on the technologies of network, database and Web Services, applies the tools of ASP.NET and ADO.NET, and provides a Generating and Printing System of Web Charts and Reports Based on SOA.The main work is listed as follows:1. Make general analysis and design of system architecture using SOA.2. Adopt the thought of layered design, apply some technologies such as Web Services, XML, UDDI, .NET, Ajax etc, realize the detailed design of system architecture from representation layer, business facade layer, business layer to database layer.3. According to the requirement, achieve the core modules of system which include the regular module of data, the generating module of charts and reports, the generating module of charts and reports template, the printing module, the rule module of enterprise reports.4. Supply the users with customer-built web charts and reports through the services of charts template and enterprise reports rule.With the practice of system, the solution provided by this paper can be used to solve the problems occurred in the generating and printing system of charts and reports efficiently. By the introduction of SOA and Web Services, this paper provides a good idea for the generating and printing system of charts, meanwhile, it provides a novel way to the development of the functions of charts in web applications.
