This article researched on the system's following content:①Proofed the overall plan of convention weapon's small components examination system.②Studied the two dimensional coordinates survey technology, designed the high accuracy cross worktable, can recorded the position variation on worktable accurately if workpiece is moved.③Selected the appropriate micro objective lens and optics illumination, guaranteed the measured workpiece to be able the clear image on the computer.④Selected the appropriate picture gathering card, gathered and processed the CCD camera output's video signal.⑤Designed the system software. Chose the appropriate software tool to compile the system software, which can complete seeking the workpiece's border automatically, gathering the workpiece border picture, computing the workpiece's size, and realizing the computed result's display, memory and printing at realtime.The development of the detecting system, not only having bigger promoting action to implement the process quality control of the conventional weapon production, enhance the production efficiency, but also having bigger military benefit and economic efficiency to enhance the army convention weapon's inspection and maintenance, enhance the weapon's reliability and security.
