With the development and popularity of network technology, the Internet has now become an indispensable platform for communication and exchange in people's lives. The establishment of tourism websites can not only conveniently and effectively provide tourists with information, but can offer consultation on line, and carry out e-commerce as well, all of which are to greatly boost the development of tourism. In this way, tourism websites with abundant Red Tourism resources are playing its crucial role in the development of Red Tourism.Through the survey and analysis, we can conclude that the interfacial designs in current Jiangxi Red Tourism websites only meet their functional requirements, i.e. providing only services as inquiry into tourist attractions and informing tourism updates. As human-based demands constantly increase, these website interfaces featured with functional designs can no longer meet people's needs. In order to meet increasing demands and to work out a website interface rich in affinity and vitality, we call for a new design of interface which is "human-oriented", filled with humanistic design elements and emotional factors. At present, interfacial designs of Jiangxi local Red Tourism websites are deficient in emotions, focusing only on their functions and technologies while ignoring design features and vitalities. The designs are almost identical, inflexible and hard to draw resonance and attention to visitors, thus failing to realize its design functions. Therefore, Emotional Design in interface of Jiangxi Red Tourism websites is a worth studying research topic.This article is to discuss website interfacial designs on the part of people's emotional needs. The whole article is made up of four parts. The first part is the groundwork, mainly dealing with the background and the significance of the topic, systematically introducing status quo and existing problems of the interfacial design issues in Jiangxi Red Tourism websites, and arguing for the necessity for emotional interfacial design study. The second part introduces theoretical bases for emotional interfacial design study, demonstrating emotional needs in interfacial design of websites with respective to such subjects as cognitive psychology, semiotics, and design study, giving a solid foundation for the further discussion in theories.The third part on the whole expounds the designs of the Jiangxi Red Tourism websites, analyzing and summing up principles for interfacial emotional design and applies it to the interfacial design for Jiangxi Red Tourism websites;The last part summarizes the trends in the development of interfacial design: only with consideration of emotional design, can we meet people's demand for aesthetic and psychological acceptance, and realize design purposes eventually.
