Logistics plays an important role in modern society. In order to achieve effective logistics management, information flow between logistic corporations must be fast and fluent. The differences of information-based build extent and manner between logistic corporations, result in data exchange between information systems bring a good many problems. Mid- and small-scale enterprise can't endure expensive software and hardware cost and correspond expenditure of tradition data exchange system, such as EDI, while the data exchange requirements of these enterprises are quiet great. This paper is on foundation of logistics corporations' data exchange system analysis, and reference lots of literatures. In view of the main problems which mid- and small-scale enterprises confront, put forward a data exchange module based on Java EE and message format as XML. The main research issues and achievements in this paper as follows:1) The paper puts forward a data exchange model, and progresses overall module design to this model. This module is a star structure as the centre of Java EE data exchange severs, and data exchange among clients is through this server.2) Three primary modules which are called Data transformation module, XML transformation module and receive/transmission message data module, have been designed in this paper.3) Combining the characteristics of logistics data exchange system, this paper proposes to achieve data object as an intermediary between non-XML data and the XML data conversion.4) The paper researches the rules of conversion among XML Schema, UML and Rational Schema. And as order message, which should be according with national standard, for an example to illuminate the rules above.5) Analysed the conflict of data and structure which may be existent between local XML Schema and XML Schema of national standard, the paper uses XML description matching rules to resolve the conflict between data schema.
