As the information explosive in the Internet where people search news though the search engine or main news webs sites, a new way of the news transmission is coming out. Some web sites are marked with "XML" or "RSS" icons. The readers is no longer need to wait for downloading the news, it just needs to book the RSS Feeds, this is called RSS (Really Simple Syndication, it is a XML file in fact) .RSS will collect and reorganize the news, ordered as the respected format, location, time and way, transmitted to the local PC, and it makes user track the news more easily.At wireless area, with the 3G step coming nearly, a smart phone integrating commutations, office works, and entertainment facility is a hot spot between the mobile device service providers. The J2ME platform is respected as the best mobile application developing platform. It can be run at different devices, and make the words possible "Write once, run anywhere". But, in the current wireless situation, it is not down-to-worth to explore a web page though the mobile phone WAP browser, the user need to wait long and cost more to do this. If there is one way to let the users to read the news though the booking of XML Feeds, it will relieve the problem as well. For the enterprise, the J2ME technology will let the user acknowledge the related information as soon as possible; it will make the company more competitive.This paper introduces the architecture of J2ME firstly, through designs and develops the MDO system client, describes the MIDP technology. Mainly focus on: MIDP application model-MIDLet, MIDP local data storage, MIDP HTTP transfer protocol, etc. This paper discuss using MIDP HTTP Protocol and kXML API read and parse the XML file stream to implement the MDO Feed could book and display on the wireless device through GPRS mobile network and using the mobile device (here is smart phone) to remote control the devices at the enterprise side, including the watching remote desktop job running status, simulate user keyboard and mouse input script, discuss the effected technology. It gives another expression to the wireless value add utility.
