Research On The Interoperation Technology Of Programmable Devices In Heterogeneous Networks

Since the competion of fieldbus in various industrial fields, different fieldbus standars exist and realize the interconnect and interoperability of devices with various fieldbus standars become an urgent problem in the system integration technology, therefore the research on the interoperation technology of programmable devices in heterogeneous networks is of great value.Based on the studing of various control network communication protocol, device resources and variable definition, a kind of communication description technology based on XML is proposed. The work principium, realization and implementation based on description technology are researched. The description file and implementation function, which can make the devices select communication target, configure interface, build message and process data automatically and solve the communication problems of devices in hegerogeneous networks.Make a research on the function block configuration and communication module in IEC61131. The hardware and software systems of PEC7000 are introduced. The definition addressable storage, variable methods, function block definition and implementation of programs are given. The industrial Ethernet and RS485 network management and data transmission communication module are given. Realize the data transmission and interoperability of programmable devices in heterogeneous.A function block configuration software named PLC_Config for the management and configuration of field devices is developed. The key modules of this software system including device management module, visible configuration module, device monitor module, information report module, file management module and communication service module are given. Moreover, this software could configure all the resources of the controllers and makes devices in the networks cooperate with each other effectively.A typical application scheme of interoperation between programmable controller and other devices with different protocols is given and applied to practical projects. The description technology could solve the ineroperation problems of devices in heterogeneous and could reduce application development workload, reduce application difficult and enhance project development efficiency.
