With the continuous exploitation of the oil-field, A great deal of data of production well log and test log has been accumulated in the oil-field monitoring aspect. The data contains abundant reservoir dynamic information, but because of lacking relevant assistant tool, the information isn' t used adequately.Because of data format of well log and test log are diverse and the usage of the data is low etc., existing well-test database was perfected and data format was converted in the oil-field monitoring system. And make use of the normal analysis application part of this system, by the form of interactive the exploitation geology personnel and reservoir engineering personnel can search the well-test information efficiently on the computer desktop by the enterprise net and various well-test data can be provided to the reservoir and exploitation engineer's computer desktop by integrated, intuitionistic and visual chart form . by these information they can know the oil-field exploitation information (include static ,production , well-test and measure information etc.) from "the sub-area -Well set-Single well(section) to oil layer" of different layer from macro to detail. The relevant personnel can know the following information quantitatively and qualitatively by these data such as the use condition of oil layer, evaluation of the injection effect, the reflection of connected condition of wells, the balance between injection and extraction and the measure result etc. Carry on comprehensive analysis decision, get an adjusted, measure project, and carry on an evaluation to it' s the effect, raising the well-test data application degree thus.Application of the oil-field monitor system will improve the application way of the well-test data , will full use and excavate its existing data, enable this part of material to obtain the full use in the oil-field development, will be able to improve the application effect of well-test data, will enhance the oil field dynamic analysis the level, as well as the display test investment benefit, will assist promptly carries on the oil deposit development correctly the decision-making, will realize a bigger benefit, will bring the remarkable added value for the well-test data.The goal of establishing this system is enhances the well-test material the integrated interpretation analysis level, enhances the test material application degree, sharpens the assistance decision analysis ability, the deepened test material applies in the oil deposit project.This article will discuss, on the single well survey foundation, depends upon the database and the networking, realization of resources sharing, including network inquiry, historical contrast and multi-well sub-area analysis. This thesis introduced the design and realization of oil-field monitoring system, include adopted key technique, mainly introduced the oil-field monitoring data integrated, the design and realization of the module of Graph performance.
