We can apply a best way to express the logical structure of some data assembles.That is a steady Data Model.CIM is the model which is referred to by data flow programming for data platform.CIM is an abstract model that represents all the major objects in an electric utility enterprise typically involved in utility operations.As a standard model for information exchange in power system,CIM can be used to integrate in any field.By using this standard model,data exchange in different application systems will be easy.It is necessary to extend CIM due to the CIM doesn't include all of the power system entities and new equipments are sometimes applied in power system.So, after analysing the data of existing applications in Henan power dispatching control center,excitation system and speed governor are modeled, DCLineSegment Class and ACLinesegment Class are modified and power system resource asset is extended, to meet the project's needs. Then, defining each attribute's name,meaning,format,source and the departments to use it.Finally,the paper analyses the data flow with Use-case Diagram and Sequence Diagram and makes out the statistic of data flux.
