Just as the appearance of the press media had made an epoch of the history of Journalism and Communication, internet, what they call"the Fourth Media", has actualized another revolution in the communication history of human beings. Internet has not only changed the way of the material production of human society greatly, but also changed their spirit lifestyle. Many miracles made by internet are showing its unique charm. Internet has provided dummy space for interpersonal relationship, caused dummy life on net which was heterogeneous with the realistic life, and also altered the living state of human beings. Because of anonymity, people can freewheelingly personate new roles that are widely different from real life, the sanction of traditional criterions have weakened to nothing. Internet communication. Just like opening up the Pandora's box, the negative impact of internet communication is increasingly noticeable, while it brought great convenience to human life: the direction of publish opinion is faintness; the infringement act happens frequently; illusive news and erotic information is flooding; the over-zoned and over-national boundaries flowage of information has made the unprecedented exchange and collide between eastern and western ethic view. On base of this, it discusses the internal relationship between internet communication and social moral.Part two, generalizing phenomena. It makes a conclusion on the negative moral influence of internet communication, expressing concretely as follows: the information incline caused by globalization, the moral crisis brought by the identity dummy of the cyber citizens, the frost interpersonal communicating on net, the acceleration of cultural snack and cultural homogeneity, also the rampancy of the internet crimes. Part three, analyzing reasons. It analyses the cause of internet communication's problem from three sides: the network technology, the social culture and the psychology of the users.Part four, seeking the approaches. It argues that the countermeasure removing the negative moral influence of internet communication is to improve the criterion standard of network technology, to advance the social moral construction and to enhance the virtue cultivation of the net users, so as to enforce the interaction of the moral net and the technology net.
