Research On The Cause Of Formation Of Cyber-burst Public Opinion

With the development of the network,the function of the network as a medium has been strengthened.It as an open space provides a convenient channel for the views of Internet users,which also contributes to the change of the traditional form of public opinions.With people's recognition for the convenience and the hidden characteristics of network opinions expression,the use of the network continues to increase,resulting in a large and active groups of Internet users.They openly express their views and attitudes in the network,bringing about a large number of views on social events and the formation of the explosive form of public opinions.This kind of public opinions form is produced within a short time,but can exerts a huge social influence.As incident progresses,it can generate different development directions,even leave underlying problems to social stability.This paper starts from the reasons,studies the causes of the formation of the bursts of public opinions,analyzes the factors that occur in the outbreak of public opinions,explores the network public opinions that can produce the outbreaks afterwards,reduces the influence of public opinions and maintains the social stability.This paper studies the social environment,the network media and the main body of public opinions from the perspectives of sociology,psychology and communication science by using literature analysis,case study,interdisciplinary research and content analysis.It explores the internal principles of the formation of cybercrime,and reveals the influence of the interaction between these factors on the formation of cyber-burst public opinions.Social environment is where the cyber-burst public opinions are generated,and it also provides social events as the object for cyber-burst public opinions.At the same time,the interests of Internet users in the social environment also determine the final trend of the burst of public opinions.The network environment as a space where Internet users can freely express their points of view becomes a relaxed platform for the expression of Internet users,creates a new type of public opinions leader and turns into a carrier of cyber-burst public opinions.Faced with the return of the voice the network brings them and guided by the value orientations which are influenced by social environment,Internet users as the main body of cyber-burst public opinions,express their rational and irrational attitudes and emotions to social incidents,thus eventually facilitate the formation of cyberburst public opinions and are capable to transform public opinions to public behaviors.In this paper,the internal relations between these factors are analyzed,and the operation mechanism of mutual influence and interaction is discussed.This paper finally reveals the formation of cyber-burst public opinions,which is the Internet users out of self consideration of their interests in the social environment,use the openness and concealment of the network to express their attitudes towards certain incident to satisfy their own emotional needs,and the network media presents these opinions,leading to the explosive phenomenon.
